Welcome to Crimzyn! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Crimzyn app and services. By accessing or using the Crimzyn platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. User Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Crimzyn platform. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally permitted to use the service in your jurisdiction.
2. Account Requirements: To use the Crimzyn platform, you will need to create an account by providing:
- Your X (formerly Twitter) handle
- A wallet address
- A referral code
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and ensuring that your account is secure. Crimzyn is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account.
3. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities: By using Crimzyn, you agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Refrain from posting or sharing content that is harmful, abusive, offensive, or illegal.
- Avoid activities that could disrupt the platform, such as spamming, hacking, or introducing viruses.
- Respect the rights and privacy of other users.
You may not:
- Use the platform for fraudulent purposes or promote any illegal activities.
- Engage in harassment, bullying, or abuse towards other users.
- Use automated systems (such as bots) to interact with the platform.
- Attempt to bypass any security measures implemented by Crimzyn.
4. Platform Usage: Crimzyn facilitates user-generated campaigns for brands. As a user, you can participate in these campaigns, create content, and interact with token-based incentives. Crimzyn uses smart contracts to manage token locking and distribution.
5. Content Creation and Intellectual Property: By creating and sharing content on the Crimzyn platform, you grant Crimzyn a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for promotional purposes. You retain ownership of your content, but Crimzyn reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
You must ensure that any content you submit does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. You are responsible for any legal consequences arising from the content you share.
6. Community and Campaign Rules: Each campaign hosted on the Crimzyn platform may have its own specific rules. By participating in a campaign, you agree to follow those rules. Failure to comply with campaign rules may result in the loss of rewards or other penalties, including account suspension or termination.
7. Third-Party Integrations: Crimzyn integrates with third-party services, including X APIs and other social tracking APIs. Your data may be shared with these services to enable features like content tracking and campaign participation. By using the Crimzyn platform, you consent to this data sharing.
8. Financial Terms: Crimzyn charges fees for its services, which are handled in various cryptocurrencies via smart contracts. These fees may be deducted from your wallet at the time of transaction. All payments are final, and Crimzyn operates a strict no-refund policy.
9. Data Handling and PrivacyCrimzyn stores user data in secure AWS databases. Your data is protected by industry-standard security measures, but no system is entirely foolproof. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you are responsible for the security of your account and wallet.
10. Third-Party Data Sharing: Crimzyn only shares user data with third-party X APIs and other social tracking APIs in accordance with the terms and conditions of those third-party services. We do not sell or share your data with other third parties without your consent.
11. Cookie Policy: Crimzyn does not use cookies or other tracking technologies on its platform.
